The system was born from physical experimentation with books, and the observation that an open book in a vertical position generates three points of support, so that a horizontal surface can be placed on it. The final result is reached through the synthesis, optimization and adaptation of this phenomenon.

Finally, the design consists of two pieces: a vertical "L" and a horizontal surface. These can be combined in different ways to create all kinds of objects such as seats, shelves or tables. All of them with space to store books. As Recreo takes place in a different location every year and several satellite events are organized. The system, easy to assemble and disassemble, can be adapted to different spaces and to their specific needs.
